Tracy Agyemang currently serves as a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Labor. In that role, she provides legal advice regarding all statutory enforcement matters under the purview of the Department of Labor. By representing the Secretary of Labor in any necessary litigation, including both enforcement and defense litigation, and by providing legal opinions and advice concerning client agency activities, Tracy supports the Department of Labor’s mission to improve working conditions. Prior to joining the Department of Labor, Tracy clerked for Hon. Petrese B. Tucker, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was a Senior Managing Editor for the Journal of Law & Gender and a judicial Fellow to the Hon. Joseph A. Greenaway, who currently serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While in law school Tracy was an intern for the General Counsel’s Office of AFL-CIO AFSME District Council 37, a New York City municipal employee’s labor union. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Morgan State University. Represented by Wilhelmina PA, Tracy balances her legal practice with a modeling career. She is currently authoring an article on legal considerations specific to employing child and adolescent fashion models. Tracy is a member of the New York bar.
